There are many reviews on multilevel marketing companies with some reviews congratulating them for good work while others not happy with their services. Negative reviewers are not happy with LifeVantage scam mainly due to the huge returns it is making which they believe it is from scamming their clients. The returns were unbelievably good in 2013 with a 65% growth in revenues to 208 million dollars.

The company has had some issues in the past which is the base for the negative criticism. Back in the year 2005 some vital truth was not given to the public when all the credit for Protadium discovery was given to Dr. Joe McCord. Protadium happens to me LifeVantage's main product manufactured which medical articles have claimed in boosts people health by cutting down levels of oxidative stress which is the cause of increased disease infections.

Few years down the line a Mr. Paul MyHill came out in 2009 to publicly show his disappointment for not being credited with his role in the invention of Protadium. He was bought out in 2005 and he proved that by producing a letter signed by Dr. McCord addressed to him on the McCord's regrets for taking all the credit for the great product. That is one reason that makes LifeVantage be slammed as scam.

In the year 2012 another rumors emerged from mlmwatchdog.com that LifeVantage had bought out Dr. McCord for $1.7 million after they had announced that he had retired. A company called Zrii filed a case against Life Vantage for trying to weaken the value of the company in order to buy it out. The court punished LifeVantage by a punitive $400,000 damage pay to Zrii. This is just one of the lawsuits the company has faced over the years

Their employees haven't been left out in the legal stifles with the mlm. Burke Hedges who had worked for the company as a distributor filed a case in Utah in 2011 seeking compensations worth $3 million for wrongful termination. Their latest employee to be shown the door is Jason Domingo in the year 2013 and they have filed a lawsuit against him on accusations of leaking out company secrets.

Is LifeVantage worth a try or should it be avoided? The past does not always determine the future and judging in on some past lies or lawsuits it has had is not fair. Payments to the distributors on their commissions accrued at each payment date are paid promptly without delays.

The company is a member of Direct Selling Association (DSA) an association that closely monitors multi level marketing companies' ethics. DSA has said Life Vantage is the best networking company with the best compensation plan in America. What can be more reassuring than a compliment from your regulator?

LifeVantage is a public company with its shares trading in NASDAQ. One of the requirements for a listed company is to release its reports regularly to the public. You don't expect audited reports from a public company to have been doctored using creative accounting so the impressive growth Life Vantage has shown is real.

It is the effort of the company's distributors which has led the company to perform so well. They always work extra harder to increase their sales for a higher commission. It is impossible to ignore the importance of Protadium either for it is the company's main product with many uses in making products you find in pharmacy.

Signing up with Life Vantage will be of benefit to you since you get to sell great product and at the same time making really good commission. It is a well regulated company by DSA and a public company so you can make double earnings by buying their shares to be a part of the owners. The company can't be scam when it has been tested and proven to be paying commissions.

There is a sharp contrast between LifeVantage and other networking companies when it comes to lawsuits. Some like Melaleuca when you search online you will find dozens of lawsuits against them from both distributors and the management. This is normally what happens when greedy exceeds the will to work.

LiveVantage scam can't be true. It has the best mlm compensation plan in the country. Try them and you will never regret that choice.
