People with this disorder can benefit by doing something with their hands. The brain and the body work together and this will contribute to the healing process. It can involve going outside and doing something in the garden. You may decide to join up with a pottery or art class. Expressing yourself in the non-verbal way can work just as well as talking about certain issues in your life.
