When ladies are 45 years and above they are faced by various complications. Though some do not, majority of women undergo through menopause stage where they are forced to fight some changes which are inevitable. When these phytoestrogen are supplied in our bodies they combine with estrogen receptor section in the breast tissues where they block our body estrogen which is stronger from coupling thus preventing them from inducing cancerous alterations in the breast tissues.

Soy can cause our immune system mistake proteins in pollen with proteins in natural foods making the allergic reaction even worse than before. This can be evident to people who have birch protein allergy. They usually experience itchy throats after consuming soy products. This can be challenging especially when in public. Women who have allergic reaction are not advised to take these products to relief menopause symptoms.

On the other hand using soy beans oil when cooking purposes can lead to weight gain. This is according to a research which was conducted on the product by Maryland Medical Center. Women who are overweight during their menopause are not advised to use soybean oil in their diet in order to avoid chronic inflammation which may lead to heart complications.

To obtain maximum results one should ensure that they concentrate more on the traditional soy foods like tamari, miso and tempeh among others. This is because they have enough isoflavones which will be naturally supplied to the body thus reducing some of these complications. In case one develops digestion complication or have effects when using soy products it is always recommended to stop its use and seek medical attention so that the doctor can examine you and recommend the best products which are safer.
