Owning a pool is all fun and games and you can really enjoy it best with family and friends. But the maintenance would be a lot of hassle, and this can be proportional to the size of it. Hiring a professional agency would be costly that is why there are ways that you can clean them as long as you have the right supplies and equipment.

You can hire a professional agency to clean your poor regularly, although that would be a bit costly. If you have the right equipment and supplies, you can definitely do the maintenance yourself and also save some money. It is technically not that difficult to do, so as long as you have the right stuff.

You can have a choice between home depot, sports shops, and hardware stores for various supplies and equipment. If the ones they are selling locally in malls and shops are not exactly what you want, you are free to look up online for any other models with features you might prefer. The variety could be more than what you see locally.

There are two types of cleaners for your pool, automatic and manual. The automatic one cleans dirt and debris off the floor. There are three types for this, suction side automatic cleaner, robotic cleaners, and pressure side automatic cleaners. For manual, it has a lot of varieties which have different functionalities.

Basically, you need a leaf skimmer for the surface of the water. This takes out all the leaves, debris, and whatever foreign substance or solid objects that are floating on the water. It is simply a mesh of wires attached to a pole. The pole should be longer so you can use it efficiently to reach out areas especially in the middle of the pool.

Making sure you also have a tile brush could definitely take out those gross algae that is forming on the tiles and other surfaces, including moss. You need this so you can take the slipperiness away to prevent any incidents with children or anyone running around or even just plainly walking.

When you think that automatic cleaners could be too costly, you can still opt for manual pool vacuum. The thing is powered with a battery and can clean the walls and the floors. It only takes a few minutes for you to be done with the cleaning. You would also need a different kind of brush. An algae brush has metal bristles that is mainly used on concrete or cement to clean it.

Adding supplies like Chlorine, either tablets or water based, a pH tester so you can check the levels of the water, and a cover when the pool is not in use. Keep the routine regularly so you can prevent slippery surfaces, clogged filters, and infected or dirty water. There are many other ways you can do these and it is up to you how you prefer to maintain your it with whichever equipment or supplies.
